Affirmations for C-Section Moms

A few days ago I was sharing about C-Section Guilt and some ways to cope with it, and I mentioned the use of affirmations. In fact, it’s not the first time – or the last time – that I’ve used this word. Affirmations can be life changing. Especially when you’re going through something challenging. I’m guilty of not using them when I need them the most – but that’s why I wanted to share some great affirmations for c-section moms.

Postpartum recovery is so hard, especially if you’re recovering mentally, too. Birth doesn’t always go as planned. That’s why these affirmations are so important to me. They remind me that I am human and it’s okay to be. They remind me that my body is capable andΒ IΒ am capable.
